Door Number Three is a safe, human way to shift patterns that haven't changed through therapy, coaching, or insight alone.
Practitioner
Delilah Abaya
For people who keep doing the thing they don't want to do. Delilah works with compulsive patterns, visibility blocks, and cycles that feel wired in from the past.
Delilah works best with people who are resourceful, self-aware, and genuinely confused about why a specific thing won't change. The pattern is clear. The intention is real. The change still isn't happening. If that's the gap — that's the work.
She also works with people who feel blocked from being seen: speaking up, putting work out, asking for what they want. And with people navigating behaviors that feel compulsive — not because something is wrong with them, but because the behavior is solving a problem underneath.

About Delilah
A practitioner who has been where her clients are, and knows from the inside what it takes to get out.
Delilah grew up in Toronto in a Vietnamese family that had come through the Vietnam War and carried that history the way families do — not talked about, just present. She arrived in adulthood resourceful by necessity: by her mid-twenties she was competing in bodybuilding, running the business operations behind her husband's fitness coaching practice, and developing enough fluency in social media that she and her husband were among the first people to actually understand how hashtags worked.
She knew a lot about discipline. What she didn't yet have language for was resistance — the kind that isn't laziness or lack of willpower, but something in the system that doesn't move the way you're asking it to. She was exhausted. Drinking caffeine to override her own energy. Pushing through a current that kept pushing back.
During COVID, she stopped being able to outrun it. She was struggling and found her way to an NLP Marin practitioner through a referral. Four sessions. "I had done Reiki. I was in therapy. I was in addiction recovery. I had all my bases covered," she says. "And there was something really different about those sessions." The practitioner didn't give her advice. Didn't coach her toward a goal. Just asked, with genuine curiosity, what she wanted — and kept asking for two hours.
The change that followed was enough that Delilah couldn't fit what happened in two paragraphs. She did a video testimonial instead. Watching herself describe the work, she realized she was lit up. That pointed somewhere. She followed it to NLP Marin, completed the program, and started doing for other people what had been done for her.
She works now in the territory she knows from the inside: compulsive behaviors that are solutions to older pain, the fear of being seen, the body and food relationships shaped in childhood, and the gap between knowing what you want and being able to do it. Very little of what her clients bring surprises her.

You may want to work with Delilah if you:
You do not need to know exactly what to work on. You only need to know that something keeps repeating, and you are ready to meet it differently.
